Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, risk management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in payment risk management, fraud prevention, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems, transaction monitoring, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in the payments industry, such as PCI DSS and AML.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying risks.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey risk-related information to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with risk management software and tools is a plus.

Nice to have

• Certification in risk management or fraud prevention (e.g., Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Risk Manager).
