What you'll do
Collaborate with recruiters to map and refine sourcing strategies for specialists across R&D, administration, sales, security, and other departments.
Proactively identify and expand the pipeline of prospective candidates through diverse channels and innovative search techniques.
Engage with candidates regarding open positions within the company, managing initial outreach and qualification conversations.
Conduct research and gather data on labor market trends and candidate salary expectations to support evidence based hiring decisions.
Utilize advanced boolean search techniques beyond LinkedIn to discover passive candidates in niche technical fields.
Analyze sourcing metrics and interpret data to continuously improve recruitment efficiency and candidate quality.
Explore new technologies, product development specifics, and novel sourcing methods to keep the talent pipeline fresh and robust.
Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal recruitment partners and hiring managers for effective communication.
Monitor competitor activity and industry talent landscapes to anticipate sourcing challenges and opportunities.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, ensuring responsiveness in a fast paced MilTech innovation environment.
Document sourcing workflows and insights to create reusable playbooks for future hiring campaigns.
Champion diversity of sourcing channels, ensuring balanced candidate pools and inclusive hiring practices.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or Researcher in a fast paced or technical environment.
Demonstrated success in sourcing candidates for a range of roles, including technical, non technical, and C level positions.
Proficiency in developing sourcing strategies and utilizing boolean search techniques beyond LinkedIn.
Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data to inform recruitment efforts and optimize sourcing pipelines.
A willingness to explore new technologies, product development specifics, and novel sourcing methods to overcome hiring barriers.
Strong collaborative skills for effective communication within the recruitment team and with hiring managers across departments.
