What you'll do
Drive account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts to close business on a quarterly and annual basis with partners.
Prospect into and penetrate new accounts, reaching decision makers and closing business through persistent and focused outreach.
Develop and present proposals that demonstrate how the Everpure solution meets customer business objectives and justifies the sale to stakeholders.
Manage pipeline with a keen focus on conversion success and delivering an accurate forecast that reflects true opportunity status.
Directly sell through an inside, direct marketing environment to consistently deliver sales results and achieve or exceed assigned quotas.
Develop channel relationships that bring the necessary sales and technical resources to each opportunity, accelerating deal progression.
Maintain strict compliance with Everpure policies by working primarily from the Chicago office unless engaged in travel or approved leave.
Build deep market knowledge within your territory to identify trends, uncover needs, and position Everpure as the optimal solution.
Utilize consultative selling techniques to uncover pain points and align Everpure offerings with specific customer requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design customized solutions that address complex challenges for mid market accounts.
Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve sales effectiveness over time.
Communicate competitive intelligence and customer feedback to inform product messaging and positioning.
Champion Everpure's value proposition during every interaction to reinforce brand credibility and trust.
Ensure all customer commitments are met with professionalism, transparency, and reliable follow through.
Contribute to the creation of sales materials and playbooks that enhance the effectiveness of the broader sales organization.
Requirements
Demonstrate a consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business in a B2B technology sales environment.
Possess experience working in or understanding sales channel selling models and how they drive value for partners.
Show a desire to own the bookends of the sale, from prospecting to closing, with evidence of expanding business within key and target accounts.
Have recognized achievement in building business relationships, solving complex problems for customers, and growing a book of business over time.
Complete business value selling (BVS) training or other relevant B2B sales training systems to ensure alignment with established methodologies.
Express a genuine desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies that create competitive advantages for customers.
Commit to working primarily from the Chicago office in compliance with Everpure policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
Maintain professionalism and adherence to company standards in all interactions with customers and internal teams.
