About the role
This position is responsible for designing and executing sophisticated talent pipelines that directly support the long-term revenue objectives of the Global Sales Organization. The successful hire will own the development and implementation of sourcing strategies that ensure top sales talent views Everpure as a preferred employer and chooses to join the team. This role requires a strategic mindset to build robust pipelines for specialized profiles and a consultative approach to advising stakeholders on talent market dynamics. The position demands ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on quality of hire and speed to fill for critical sales roles. Requirements
The posting states a pay range of $114,000 to $140,000.
Possess five or more years of progressive sourcing experience within a high-growth or technology-focused environment, demonstrating a track record of meeting demanding targets.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for technical, product, or engineering-adjacent roles is a mandatory requirement.
Must have a proven understanding and application of passive candidate engagement methodologies and long-cycle sourcing strategies.
Shows quick learning aptitude, translating new domain knowledge into effective talent assessments and decisions without extensive ramp-up time.
Exhibits strong business acumen, using data and market insights to advise and influence recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Capable of independent operation in a dynamic environment, managing complex workflows through strong prioritization, self-management, and organizational skills.
Effectively collaborates across teams and time zones, maintaining clear communication, alignment, and a strong sense of shared accountability.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required for this role.
