Key facts

What you'll do

• Perform regular code assessments to uncover and rectify security vulnerabilities prior to deployment.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of security vulnerabilities, from identification and prioritization to resolution across our technology ecosystem.
• Coordinate and supervise external security evaluations and penetration tests, ensuring that all identified issues are effectively resolved.
• Create and sustain our risk register, which documents and ranks potential risks associated with all company services.
• Support audit activities and ensure that all governance, risk, and compliance documentation is up to date.
• Relay emerging threats to the team, document security findings, and share critical security updates across the organization.
• Design and implement phishing simulation exercises and security training initiatives.
• Monitor security alerts and channels, including providing weekend support to ensure swift responses to incidents.
• Configure and secure devices for new employees using Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, and manage user access rights.
• Investigate and monitor new attack techniques aimed at generative AI, such as prompt injection and content filter circumvention.
• Track security incidents and vulnerabilities reported by external AI service providers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in application security, particularly in code review and vulnerability management.
• Experience in coordinating or executing penetration tests and security audits.
• Familiarity with software development processes, including tools like Git and GitHub.
• Ability to automate processes using scripting languages.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a focus on collaboration.
• A proactive and goal-driven mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
• A practical approach that balances speed with thorough planning.
• Openness to learning and receiving constructive feedback.
• Comfort in an environment that involves uncensored AI models and content.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI and large language model (LLM) security concepts, such as prompt injection, jailbreaking, and adversarial testing.

• Contract Type: Preference for B2B arrangements, but we are flexible for long-term commitments.
