Key facts

What you'll do

• Conduct thorough code reviews to pinpoint and rectify security vulnerabilities within our applications.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of security vulnerabilities, from their initial discovery to effective resolution.
• Manage external security assessments and penetration testing, ensuring that all identified issues are promptly addressed.
• Keep the company's risk register up to date, documenting service exposure and potential threats.
• Create and distribute information regarding emerging security threats and industry best practices to the team.
• Implement simulated phishing campaigns and conduct security awareness training for employees to enhance their understanding of security risks.
• Continuously monitor security alerts and communication channels to provide ongoing protection and response capabilities.
• Set up and manage access controls and employee devices to ensure secure operations.
• Investigate and address AI-specific security threats, including prompt injection and content bypass challenges.
• Stay informed about security advisories from third-party AI service providers to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in application security, particularly in code review and managing vulnerabilities.
• Background in coordinating or executing penetration tests and conducting security audits.
• Proficiency in using Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools to enhance security processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
• A practical approach focused on efficient execution and problem-solving.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort in working with diverse content, including uncensored material.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI and large language model (LLM) security concepts, such as prompt injection, jailbreaking, and adversarial testing techniques.
• Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to AI technologies.
• Familiarity with threat modeling and risk assessment methodologies.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Experience with various scripting languages for automation and security tasks.
• Understanding of AI/LLM security concepts is a plus.

Practical notes

The preferred contract type is B2B, with a focus on long-term collaboration. This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. Employees enjoy 20 days of paid time off each year, along with an annual team gathering to foster camaraderie.
