What you'll do

• Perform regular code evaluations to detect and rectify potential security vulnerabilities within our applications.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of security vulnerabilities, ensuring timely identification and resolution.
• Manage external security evaluations and penetration testing, implementing necessary follow-up actions based on findings.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive risk register that outlines the company's services and their associated security exposures.
• Support audit processes and ensure that Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) documentation is up to date.
• Communicate emerging security threats effectively and provide updates to the entire organization.
• Organize and conduct phishing simulations and security awareness training sessions for employees.
• Monitor security alerts and communication channels, providing necessary coverage and response as required.
• Set up and manage access controls and employee devices to ensure secure operations.
• Investigate and address AI-specific security challenges, such as prompt injection and content bypass issues.
• Keep track of security concerns related to third-party AI services and their implications for our platform.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in application security, particularly in code reviews and vulnerability management processes.
• Experience in coordinating or executing penetration tests and conducting security audits.
• Proficiency in using Git and GitHub workflows for version control and collaboration.
• Strong skills in scripting and automation to enhance security processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a focus on collaboration across teams.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership over security initiatives.
• A practical approach that emphasizes execution and efficiency in security tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt based on feedback and evolving security landscapes.
• Comfort in working with products that may include uncensored or sensitive content.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with security concepts specific to AI and large language models (LLMs), such as prompt injection, jailbreaking, and adversarial testing methodologies.
