Key facts

What you'll do

• Conduct thorough code reviews to pinpoint and rectify security vulnerabilities before they are deployed into production environments.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of security vulnerabilities, from their identification to their resolution, ensuring comprehensive coverage across our technology stack.
• Coordinate and supervise external security evaluations and penetration tests, making sure that all identified issues are effectively addressed.
• Create and maintain a detailed risk register that catalogs the services provided by the company and their associated exposure points.
• Keep the team informed about emerging security threats, document investigative findings, and distribute security updates throughout the organization.
• Design and implement security awareness programs, including phishing simulations and training sessions to enhance overall security posture.
• Monitor security alerts and communication channels, ensuring a prompt response to any incidents or threats that arise.
• Configure and secure devices for new employees while managing access controls for user accounts to maintain a secure environment.
• Investigate and monitor security threats that are particularly relevant to generative AI, such as prompt injection and methods for bypassing content filters.
• Stay updated on security advisories and vulnerabilities related to third-party AI service providers, ensuring that the organization remains protected against external threats.

Requirements

• Proven experience in application security, particularly in areas such as code analysis and vulnerability management.
• Demonstrated ability to either coordinate or actively participate in penetration tests and security audits.
• Proficient in utilizing Git and GitHub for managing code and workflows effectively.
• Experience in scripting and automating security-related tasks to enhance efficiency.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, enabling clear interaction with team members and stakeholders.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a strong sense of accountability for your work.
• A practical approach to problem-solving, focused on execution and delivering results.
• An eagerness to learn and adapt, coupled with an openness to constructive feedback.
• Comfort in working within an environment that engages with uncensored content and models.

• Familiarity with security concepts related to AI and Large Language Models, including prompt injection and adversarial testing techniques.
