The Work
You will report directly to the Director of Marketing Growth Businesses. In this capacity, the Senior Growth Marketing Manager for Reverse Mortgage holds end-to-end responsibility for growth marketing initiatives. This role involves leading and managing projects from the initial ideation phase through full implementation. This implementation applies specifically to Equitable Bank's reverse mortgage division.
You will work closely with a diverse array of stakeholders. Your primary responsibility is to build, own, and manage strategies. These strategies are designed to enhance top-of-funnel lead generation. Concurrently, you will establish and manage lead nurturing capabilities. These efforts work together to effectively drive customer acquisition. A further aspect of the role involves developing referral sources and exploring new partnership opportunities.
The position focuses primarily on direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives. From time to time, however, it may also provide support for Reverse Mortgage broker marketing activities.
About the role
You are responsible for driving acquisition for reverse mortgage clients. In this capacity, you will design and execute experiments. These experiments must actively move pipelines forward. You will translate ambiguous business problems into structured, testable customer journeys. The role requires you to own outcomes across multiple marketing channels. Success in this position demands comfort with complex data sets. You must also be able to pivot quickly. You will work within an environment that constantly questions standard banking playbooks.

You will establish review rituals. These rituals identify meaningful signals rapidly and pause underperforming creative without hesitation.
You will coordinate with referral partners. You will ensure introductions convert through tailored content and timely follow-up.
You will ship experiments rapidly. You will then document the outcomes so that future initiatives can benefit from prior lessons.
You will guide partner co-marketing assets. These assets introduce our reverse mortgage solution to new audiences.
You will maintain strict brand and compliance standards. This allows for nimble responses to market feedback.
You will map recurring customer questions back to specific product features. This ensures that landing pages address core mortgage concerns directly.
You will analyze funnel performance. This analysis refines targeting and improves cost efficiency over the duration of campaigns.
You will champion data-informed storytelling. This storytelling makes reverse mortgage options feel accessible to curious visitors.
Requirements
You must bring five years of experience in growth marketing or similar roles. These roles must be within the financial services sector.
You must demonstrate the ability to handle mortgage products or other complex financial offers with clarity. This includes a strong awareness of regulatory requirements.
You must be capable of crafting coherent narratives. These narratives guide prospects through intricate decision points.
You must possess the skill to read analytics dashboards. This skill informs decisions. You will then communicate these insights effectively to diverse teams.
You must have the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives. This coordination must respect varied time zones and workflows.
You must communicate in clear English. You must adapt content for Canadian audiences and local standards.
Nice to have
You have previous experience working with broker networks and referral channels in financial services.
