• Lead and manage a team of external modeling artists, ensuring that they understand project requirements and artistic direction.
• Collaborate with internal art directors and project managers to define asset requirements and timelines for outsourced work.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D modeling, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in the gaming industry.
• Proven experience in managing external teams or outsourcing processes, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
• Strong understanding of game art pipelines and asset optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and direction to external teams.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• A collaborative mindset, with a passion for working with diverse teams and fostering a positive work environment.
