We are currently seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to spearhead new business acquisition within our mid-market and commercial segments. This position is based in New York City and operates in a hybrid capacity, reporting directly to the Head of Revenue.

This role is designed for individuals who have transitioned from Sales Development Representative (SDR) to Account Executive (AE) and are eager to refine their skills in a more strategic context. You will manage full sales cycles, from initial prospecting through to closing, while also developing the ability to navigate more intricate, multi-threaded enterprise deals over time. Key facts
What you'll do
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with mid-market and commercial accounts.
- Manage a fast-paced sales pipeline while employing a consultative and value-driven approach to client interactions.
- Generate new business opportunities through both outbound prospecting and following up on inbound leads.
- Implement a Challenger-style discovery process by asking insightful questions to identify customer pain points, reframe challenges, and create a sense of urgency.
- Learn and utilize Force Management value selling frameworks to effectively position Enterpret's Customer Intelligence platform to potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Development teams to enhance messaging and improve conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
- Work in partnership with Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition and exceptional customer experience after the sale.
- Maintain disciplined forecasting and pipeline management practices using Salesforce (SFDC), and leverage tools such as Gong and Outreach to optimize performance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally having progressed from an SDR to an AE role within a startup or scaling company.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and successfully close new business within mid-market accounts.
- Strong understanding of managing a complete sales cycle in a high-velocity, fast-paced sales environment.
- A coachable mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn complex sales processes that involve multiple stakeholders.
- A keen interest in AI technologies, along with the curiosity to understand and demonstrate technical products effectively.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce (SFDC), Gong, and Outreach for managing and enhancing sales performance.
- Excellent communication, discovery, and presentation skills tailored to various personas.
- Results-oriented with a strong motivation for personal growth and continuous learning.

Practical notes
- Compensation Range: $210,000 - $260,000, with equity options available.
- The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's location and experience level.
