We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead the charge in acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding our footprint within the enterprise segment. This role is critical to our growth strategy, as it involves building strong relationships with large organizations and guiding them through the adoption of our innovative platform. The position reports directly to the Global Vice President of Sales and is based in New York City, operating in a hybrid work environment that combines on-site presence with flexible working arrangements.

What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for acquiring new enterprise customers, managing each stage from initial outreach, qualification, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiations, to closing deals.
- Develop and execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and engage potential enterprise clients, leveraging a variety of channels including cold calls, emails, social media, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by continuously prospecting and nurturing relationships with potential clients, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.
- Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand the specific challenges and objectives of prospective clients, tailoring presentations and demonstrations to showcase how Enterpret's AI-powered Customer Intelligence platform can address their needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Pre-Sales technical team to prepare compelling product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and customized proposals that highlight the value and ROI of our solutions.
- Use consultative selling techniques to position Enterpret's offerings as strategic solutions that align with the enterprise clients' business goals, emphasizing the platform's ability to deliver measurable results.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and licensing agreements with multiple stakeholders within large organizations, navigating complex decision-making processes and procurement procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status within Salesforce and other CRM tools, ensuring reliable forecasting and reporting.
- Work closely with marketing to develop targeted messaging and campaigns that resonate with enterprise decision-makers and influence their purchasing decisions.
- Gather insights from customer interactions and market trends to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales tactics.
- Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer needs and competitive insights, helping shape future product features and enhancements.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing directly to the company's revenue growth and market expansion goals.
- Represent Enterpret at industry events, webinars, and client meetings, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader in Customer Intelligence and AI-driven analytics.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of successfully acquiring new enterprise clients in a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers within large organizations.
- Strong prospecting skills, with experience in outbound sales campaigns and lead generation strategies that result in a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Deep understanding of consultative selling methodologies, with the ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience selling AI, analytics, or data-driven platforms is highly desirable, with the ability to discuss their business implications confidently.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with C-level executives and technical teams alike.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for technology and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively across teams to achieve shared goals.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

- Knowledge of Customer Intelligence platforms or similar analytics and feedback management tools.

Practical notes
Compensation for this role ranges from $250,000 to $300,000, including equity options, with a 50/50 split between base salary and performance-based incentives. The final offer will be tailored based on the candidate's experience, skills, and location within New York.
