Senior Product Manager, Integration Ecosystem
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end product strategy for the Integration Ecosystem, shaping how fifty plus data sources flow into Enterpret's context graph. You will define the experience of setting up, managing, and monitoring integrations for both internal operators and enterprise customers. You will translate the moving APIs, data models, and conventions of each platform into a coherent ingestion layer that feels simple and reliable. You will prioritize integration investments by revenue impact and error frequency, making explicit trade-off decisions in writing. You will own system-behavior metrics such as completeness, latency, and error rates, defining how they are measured and improved. You will design and ship proactive error taxonomies and notifications so customers hear about issues before they do. You will lead the shift toward an agent-first setup where intelligent agents inspect sources and propose configurations for customer review. You will work alongside a dedicated engineering team and report into the product organization, iterating quickly in an AI-native environment.
Key facts
What you'll do
Define and prioritize the integration portfolio, evaluating fifty plus sources for revenue impact, technical complexity, and error frequency.
Own the end-to-end ingestion experience, from connecting a source and scoping what gets ingested to configuring backfill windows and reviewing previews.
Establish per-integration error taxonomies, deciding which failures are surfaced to customers and which are handled internally.
Instrument and own system-behavior metrics for ingestion, including completeness, latency, and error rates, and drive improvements against them.
Ship proactive notifications and status communication so customers are alerted to issues before they discover them.
Design and implement an agent-first setup flow where agents inspect customer sources and propose configurations that users review and confirm.
Define and maintain integration health standards, creating maintenance processes for API deprecations, auth migrations, and breaking version upgrades.
Evaluate platform APIs, including auth flows, webhooks, rate limits, pagination, and deprecation cycles, to inform trade-off decisions with engineering.
Own the integration setup and management experience across web UI, API, and configuration surfaces, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Champion reliability and experience metrics, defining them where they do not exist and instrumenting them for ongoing insight.
Drive the adoption of new integrations, ensuring each follows a consistent launch standard that makes the setup experience trustworthy.
Collaborate closely with engineering to align product constraints with platform capabilities, translating feedback into roadmap decisions.
Maintain a living inventory of integration issues, root causes, and resolutions to build institutional knowledge over time.
Evaluate opportunities for agentic automation in ingestion workflows, testing where automation reduces friction without sacrificing control.
Requirements
You have direct product ownership of integrations, connectors, data ingestion, or API products on technical B2B surfaces, having carried them through real platform change such as API deprecations, auth migrations, and breaking version upgrades.
You are fluent in how platform APIs behave in practice, including auth flows, webhooks, rate limits, pagination, and deprecation cycles, enough to hold your own in trade-off debates with engineers.
You have defined reliability and experience metrics where none existed, instrumented them, and moved them to improve outcomes.
You are comfortable operating in an AI-first environment, where not using AI for a task is the choice that requires explanation.
You think from first principles about how enterprise customer context should reach Enterpret and how that shapes the ingestion layer.
You communicate clearly in writing, able to make hard decisions explicit and documented for stakeholders.
You work effectively with distributed engineering teams, aligning on priorities and navigating technical constraints.
You bring curiosity and rigor to understanding source platforms, their limits, and the implications for customer data.
Nice to have
Experience working with customer feedback data platforms or SaaS ecosystems that aggregate multiple source types.
Background in AI agent workflows or tooling for configuration and setup automation.
