What you'll do

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, objectives, and deliverables, and communicate these plans effectively to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any potential risks or issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with team members and stakeholders to discuss updates, challenges, and next steps.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones and any areas of concern.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement.
• Utilize project management software and tools to streamline workflows and enhance team collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout all project phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
