What you'll do

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a similar role, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
