What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding inspection services, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project status.
- Coordinate inspection schedules and ensure that all necessary resources are allocated effectively to meet client deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including field inspectors and project managers, to ensure that inspection requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection reports, client communications, and project documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze inspection data and prepare comprehensive reports for clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of inspection services.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure that Ensiteusa remains compliant with all relevant standards and practices.
- Provide training and support to new team members on inspection protocols and client management processes.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, showcasing Ensiteusa's capabilities and fostering strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of service delivery.
- Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during the proposal phase for new inspection contracts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in account coordination, project management, or a similar role within the inspection or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of inspection processes and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
