What you'll do
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support throughout their journey with Energyworldnet.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to clients.
- Proactively engage with clients to assess their satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of services.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to discuss their usage, gather feedback, and suggest enhancements based on their needs.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, feedback, and action items to ensure continuity and accountability.
- Work closely with the product development team to relay client feedback and contribute to the enhancement of existing offerings.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions and materials to help clients effectively utilize our products.
- Monitor client metrics and performance indicators to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
- Participate in client meetings, both virtually and in-person, to strengthen relationships and provide updates on new features or services.
- Collaborate with marketing to share client success stories and case studies that highlight the value of Energyworldnet's solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the technology or energy sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to help clients succeed.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or training sessions.
