What you'll do

• Lead the product management team to define and execute the product strategy for Energyworldnet's offerings in the energy sector.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from conception through launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to inform future product iterations and improvements.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure that product launches are successful and that teams are equipped with the necessary training and resources.
• Mentor and develop junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Prepare and present product updates and performance reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in product management and the energy sector to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer needs are at the forefront of product development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the energy sector or a related industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with user experience design principles and customer journey mapping.

• Experience working with SaaS products or digital solutions in the energy sector.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the energy industry.
• Previous experience in a leadership role, managing teams or projects.
