Strategic Finance Manager
Job description
Strategic Finance Manager at Endurance Energy.
About the role
You will architect and own the project-level financial models that power our live offtake and financing negotiations at Endurance, ensuring every variable from CAPEX to returns is rigorously defined and auditable. You are the analytical engine of the Commercial team, responsible for maintaining the company's cost-of-capital trajectory and the $ per MW/MWh cost model that functions as our most critical leading indicator. In this role, you will serve as the single source of truth for deal economics across the entire organization, translating complex negotiations into clear quantitative narratives. You will leverage these models to build pricing scenarios and sensitivity analyses that directly shape the term sheets of our off-take agreements and project financing structures. You will report directly to the COO and will be positioned to transition into commercial leadership as the team scales, granting you exposure rarely seen at this level. This is a builder's seat that places you in the room with executives, outside advisors, and sophisticated external counterparties from day one. You will see deals progress from the first model to signature, observing how your analysis withstands live-fire scrutiny. Your work will determine whether projects move forward, securing the baseload power future that Endurance is building through modular subsea geothermal plants.
