You will oversee the full lifecycle of partnerships to help us maintain our position as a global leader in the industry. You will own the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring that every collaboration meets our high standards of quality and authenticity. - Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to align campaign objectives, timelines, and creative requirements.
- Liaise with external partners, including agencies and platform representatives, to streamline communication and execution.
- Collaborate with legal professionals to review agreements, ensuring that all content and partnerships adhere to regulations and policies.

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related discipline, demonstrating foundational knowledge of modern marketing principles.
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, with a track record of managing complex campaigns.
- Show expertise in the Portuguese-speaking markets, specifically Brazil and Portugal, including cultural nuances and platform preferences.
- Prove the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects with a structured approach and clear prioritization.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a data-oriented mindset, using insights to guide decision-making and optimize performance.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
- Maintain a proactive attitude toward taking initiative, identifying opportunities, and driving projects forward without constant supervision.
- Have a solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including content strategy, audience segmentation, and performance measurement.
