As the owner of marketing data products, you will sit at the intersection of the Technology and Marketing teams, ensuring they possess the data capabilities required to acquire customers, retain them, and measure what truly matters. Your work will involve close collaboration with data engineers, analytics engineers, data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders within a multidisciplinary environment that values ownership, knowledge sharing, and diverse perspectives from over 70 nationalities.

What you'll do
Own the marketing data products that power customer acquisition, retention, and performance measurement across all European markets.
Partner with the Technology team to define data capabilities that support marketing strategies and long-term business goals.
Collaborate with analytics engineers and data scientists to build reliable analytics products that deliver actionable marketing insights.
Continuously improve the data infrastructure and analytics capabilities that underpin the organisation's marketing operations and decision-making.
Translate business stakeholder needs into clear data product requirements, prioritised roadmaps, and measurable success criteria.
Work alongside data engineers to ensure marketing data products are scalable, secure, and well-governed across all regions.
Drive the strategic direction for marketing data products to deliver meaningful value and measurable business impact.
Ensure marketing teams have the right data tools to measure campaigns, customer journeys, and retention effectively.
Facilitate knowledge sharing within the multidisciplinary data product team and across the wider organisation on a regular basis.
Operate and maintain marketing data products, monitoring performance, identifying bottlenecks, and iterating based on user feedback.
Align marketing data products with the organisation's overall strategy, ensuring they move the business forward consistently.
Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making within the marketing function by providing intuitive, trusted analytics products.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience owning and managing data products in a complex, cross-functional, and international environment.
Strong understanding of marketing data, customer acquisition metrics, retention analytics, and performance measurement.
Ability to work effectively at the intersection of technology and marketing teams on a daily basis.
Hands-on experience collaborating with data engineers, analytics engineers, data scientists, and analysts in a multidisciplinary setting.
Proven track record of building, improving, and operating data infrastructure and analytics capabilities that deliver value.
Comfort with defining product roadmaps and translating ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable data solutions.
Experience operating in an international organisation with colleagues from over 70 different nationalities and cultures.
Deep familiarity with the direct-to-consumer business model and e-commerce data ecosystems, including customer acquisition funnels.
Strong communication skills for bridging the gap between technical data teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
A proactive mindset with a focus on ownership, collaboration, and continuous knowledge sharing in a fast-paced setting.
Nice to have
Prior experience working in the sleep, wellness, or fast-moving consumer goods industry, particularly in a D2C capacity.
Knowledge of European markets and familiarity with operating across more than 20 countries with diverse consumer bases.
Fluency in multiple languages, reflecting the over 70 nationalities present on the team and in the markets.
Background in direct-to-consumer retail, ideally with a strong digital focus and hands-on data product exposure.
Understanding of consumer associations and the ability to work with recommendations and trust-building initiatives in retail.
Skills & tools
Expertise in managing data infrastructure and analytics platforms to support marketing functions and business intelligence.
Experience defining and owning marketing data products from conception through delivery, iteration, and ongoing operation.
Ability to work closely with data engineers, analytics engineers, and data scientists to build reliable pipelines.
Skill in collaborating with analysts and business stakeholders to translate insights into actionable product decisions.
Understanding of the full data product lifecycle, including development, operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement practices.
Capacity to bridge technology and marketing perspectives, delivering meaningful data solutions that drive customer acquisition and retention.
Familiarity with data governance principles and the ability to ensure marketing data products are secure and scalable.
