About the role
This is a pivotal early-stage role at Creatify, where you will be responsible for building and leading the company's product marketing function from the ground up. As the first dedicated product marketing hire, you will shape how Creatify positions, launches, and communicates its innovative AI advertising platform to the market. The platform automates the entire video ad lifecycle, including scripting, avatar-led generation, testing, optimization, and publishing across major platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. The company is experiencing rapid growth, with a strong product-market fit, and a continuously expanding product surface that includes avatars, ad generation, testing, publishing, and new AI capabilities shipping regularly. Your role will involve translating complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with users, brands, agencies, and growth teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Growth, Sales, and the founders, providing high visibility and significant influence over how the product is perceived and adopted in the market. What you'll do
- Develop and own the product positioning and messaging framework, translating the company's rapidly evolving AI platform into clear, differentiated value propositions tailored for various customer segments such as self-serve users, enterprise brands, and agency teams.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of go-to-market strategies for every product launch and new feature, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple channels including the website, in-product messaging, email campaigns, social media, and press outreach.
- Build a scalable launch engine by creating repeatable processes, tiered strategies, and comprehensive playbooks that enable Creatify to execute launches with consistency, quality, and impact as the company's velocity increases.
- Conduct in-depth customer and competitive research to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences, enabling the team to sharpen segmentation, messaging, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Growth teams to optimize activation and conversion metrics by improving website content, landing pages, onboarding narratives, and lifecycle marketing to guide users from initial sign-up to active engagement and value realization.
- Enable Sales teams by developing compelling sales enablement materials such as product decks, battlecards, case studies, and competitive intelligence reports that help win deals and articulate the platform's unique advantages.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape within AI, video advertising, and ad-tech sectors, tracking industry trends and turning insights into strategic positioning advantages.
- Create and showcase proof points through customer success stories, use cases, and measurable results that demonstrate what Creatify's platform makes possible for brands and advertisers.
- Act as a storyteller, translating technical features into compelling narratives that highlight the platform's benefits and differentiators to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with Product teams to understand new features and capabilities, ensuring that messaging is aligned and that launch materials accurately reflect the product's value.
- Support the company's branding and thought leadership efforts by contributing to content, PR, and industry outreach initiatives.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics related to product launches, activation, and conversion, using data to refine messaging and strategies continuously.
- Foster a collaborative environment across teams, ensuring alignment on product positioning, launch plans, and market feedback to inform product development and go-to-market tactics.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within fast-moving software or SaaS companies, with a proven track record of owning product positioning and leading successful launches.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex or technical products into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with diverse audiences, including technical users and executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, capable of producing crisp, persuasive copy and narratives independently without heavy oversight.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking and interpreting funnel metrics, activation rates, conversion data, and win/loss analysis to inform messaging and positioning strategies.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, high-velocity environments, with a proactive approach to building processes, frameworks, and playbooks from scratch.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and leadership teams to align messaging and strategic initiatives.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to changing product and market conditions.
- Experience working with or within SaaS or AI platforms is highly desirable, especially those related to advertising, creative tools, or martech sectors.
- Familiarity with both product-led growth (PLG) and sales-assisted sales motions, understanding how to tailor messaging and launch strategies accordingly.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of launch materials and campaigns.

- Prior experience marketing AI, creative tooling, martech, or ad-tech products, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within these sectors.
- Experience working with or inside marketing agencies or brand/growth teams, which are core user groups for Creatify's platform.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern product marketing tools, content creation platforms, and technical understanding of AI or video technology basics.
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI-driven advertising and video content creation.
- Experience in international or multi-language marketing strategies, given the global reach of digital advertising platforms.
