About the role
You will own the end to end operational execution for healthcare client deployments, acting as the primary point of contact for cross functional stakeholders throughout the implementation journey. You will translate strategic healthcare product goals into concrete, actionable steps that align sales promises with delivered solutions. This role requires you to synthesize complex information from engineering, product, and sales into clear narratives and timelines for healthcare providers. You will drive the adoption of new digital workflows by supporting providers through every touchpoint of their onboarding and early usage. You will continuously capture feedback from the field and translate it into process refinements that strengthen both the product and the implementation methodology. This position demands comfort with ambiguity and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving, rapidly scaling healthcare environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that our healthcare customers experience a seamless, high quality rollout that reinforces trust in the EliseAI platform.
Key facts
What you'll do
Coordinate and manage the onboarding and implementation roadmap for healthcare clients from contract execution through successful production deployment.
Serve as the central liaison fielding questions from sales, product, engineering, and healthcare customers to unblock progress and maintain momentum.
Lead proactive client facing sessions, including calls and reviews, to surface needs, validate progress, and confirm alignment on critical milestones.
Monitor real time adoption metrics and user feedback to identify friction points and advocate for improvements in the product and operational workflows.
Partner with engineering and product teams to prioritize bug fixes, configuration changes, and enhancement requests specific to healthcare deployments.
Own the creation and maintenance of implementation documentation, client communications, and internal playbooks to ensure consistency and scalability.
Drive resolution of client issues by taking ownership, coordinating across teams, and following through to successful closure.
Identify opportunities to standardize successful implementation patterns that can be replicated across future healthcare customers.
Support the refinement of sales tools and process checklists to improve the accuracy of expectations set during the procurement phase.
Collaborate with leadership to track cohort performance, highlight best practices, and inform strategic adjustments to the deployment approach.
Contribute to the design of operational dashboards that provide visibility into implementation health and adoption trends for healthcare products.
Participate in special projects that require deep operational expertise, cross functional collaboration, and rapid execution in a high stakes setting.
Champion a solutions oriented mindset by taking initiative to resolve blockers before they escalate to senior stakeholders.
Act as an ambassador for EliseAI by representing the company professionally in all client and partner interactions.
Requirements
Bring 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, banking, a founder background, or an operational role within an early stage startup.
Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills while influencing and engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Show willingness to take on a variety of roles and responsibilities as the needs of the business and our healthcare clients evolve.
Prove ability to prioritize effectively and deliver results in ambiguous, fast moving, and sometimes unstructured environments.
Exhibit strong ownership and accountability for outcomes, even when working on complex problems that span multiple teams and systems.
Commit to working in person at our office in New York City five days per week.
Display attention to detail and accuracy when managing multiple deadlines and client expectations simultaneously.
Approach problem solving with a bias toward action, focusing on resolving issues and driving implementation forward.
Nice to have
Experience working in the healthcare sector or with healthcare technology products and regulations.
Familiarity with sales and implementation playbooks for software as a service solutions.
Background in data analysis or comfort using dashboards to track product adoption and operational performance.
Practical notes
This is a full time position based in our New York City office.
The role requires in person presence five days a week at our office location.
Relocation packages are available and will be coordinated to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Compensation for this role falls within the range of $120,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience.
Equity participation in the company is offered as part of the total compensation package.
