Renewal Manager | Housing
Job description
About the role
EliseAI operates at the intersection of housing and healthcare, two fundamental sectors that present significant accessibility challenges for many individuals. The company develops AI agents that integrate into existing operational workflows to enhance efficiency, lower costs, and improve user experiences. These agents manage tasks such as apartment tours, lease signing, maintenance requests, appointment scheduling, and patient intake. The company's technology serves millions of apartment units across the United States. Recently, EliseAI secured $250 million in Series E funding, led by Andreessen Horowitz, to further its mission.
The organization seeks a Renewals Manager to oversee the complete customer lifecycle for contract renewals. This position is responsible for forecasting, negotiation, process design, and strategic expansion discovery. The role's primary impact involves securing multi-year revenue and identifying additional annual recurring revenue that might otherwise remain unrealized.
