About the role
You will architect and own the end-to-end product enablement strategy for GTM teams at EliseAI, translating the complex capabilities of our AI platform into field-ready skills and behaviors. You will design and deliver scalable learning experiences that equip sales and customer success teams to confidently sell and support housing and healthcare solutions. This role demands you partner deeply with product and product marketing to ensure all training content directly reflects the current product roadmap and market positioning. You will leverage data and qualitative feedback to rigorously measure the impact of your programs and continuously refine the learner journey. Expect to pioneer new methods of training, including the experimental use of AI to enhance knowledge retention and application. You will also play a key role in attracting and developing other high-caliber enablement professionals as the function scales. This is a mission-critical position where your work will directly determine the effectiveness and velocity of our go-to-market engine. You will own not just the content, but the methodology and metrics that define how proficient and successful our teams become.

What you'll do
- Conduct in-depth discovery with product leaders and sales teams to identify skill gaps and learning objectives for new features and market initiatives.
- Design and produce engaging, scalable training assets such as video tutorials, interactive e-learning modules, live webinars, and certification programs.
- Translate complex product features and technical documentation into clear, actionable learning paths for diverse audiences across housing and healthcare verticals.
- Collaborate with product managers and product marketers to develop value-based demo scripts and scenarios aligned to specific personas and use cases.
- Own and evolve the demo certification process, ensuring ramping reps meet consistent standards of proficiency before going live.
- Partner with knowledge management teams to ensure all documentation, playbooks, and help center articles remain accurate and user-friendly.
- Analyze training effectiveness using data on feature utilization, time-to-proficiency, adoption rates, and customer feedback to drive iterative improvements.
- Stay ahead of product updates, competitive moves, and industry trends to proactively recommend enhancements to the enablement curriculum.
- Experiment with innovative AI-driven approaches to knowledge testing, skill development, and personalized learning experiences.
- Support and mentor other enablement staff or subject matter experts, helping to build a strong, consistent training culture.
Requirements
- 5 + years in product enablement, GTM enablement, or similar role; bonus points for prior quota-carrying sales or customer success or PMM experience.
- Expertise in curriculum design and adult learning principles; ability to create engaging, relevant, and results-oriented training programs.
- Product acumen - ability to quickly understand complex product features, positioning, and differentiation, and translate them into field-ready training.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to build relationships, drive influence, and align diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complexity and engage diverse audiences.
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week.
- Must be able to start within 30 days of offer acceptance and commit to a minimum 12-month tenure.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the housing or real estate technology sector, or within a related B2C industry.
- Background in data analytics or experience using learning management systems (LMS) to track performance metrics.
- Familiarity with AI-powered learning tools or platforms used for content delivery or assessment.
- Experience managing certifications or compliance training programs.
Practical notes
This role is full-time and remote. You are expected to work in our office 4-5 days per week. The successful candidate must be able to start within 30 days and commit to a minimum 12-month tenure.
