GTM Strategy and Operations Associate | Housing
Job description
About the role
You will analyze customer interactions, win/loss patterns, and competitive intelligence to pinpoint precisely where and how we win in the housing market. You will own end-to-end projects that directly increase sales velocity, conversion rates, and tenant expansion outcomes. You will serve as a strategic thought partner to sales, product, and leadership teams, shaping how we communicate value and differentiate our solutions. You will refine our messaging and positioning to ensure we deliver clear ROI and maintain a decisive competitive edge. You will design and implement scalable playbooks for pricing, sales strategy, onboarding, and post-sale success that can be replicated across markets.
