Engagement Manager, Future Platforms | Housing
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end success of complex customer engagements as a primary driver from late-stage sales handoff through launch and post-launch stabilization within the Future Platforms organization. You will act as the central point of alignment across multiple, complex customer stakeholder groups, guiding high-stakes implementation and critical workflow decisions with confidence. You will coordinate tightly with Product and Engineering teams to translate real-world needs and customer feedback into clear, actionable requirements and shipped improvements for the platform. Because this platform is early-stage and scaling rapidly, you will systematize how we conduct engagements, building repeatable playbooks, processes, and systems that enable fast, high-quality scale. This role requires you to operate like a founder, embracing ambiguity, driving execution across internal and external teams, and building the internal systems that define our future way of working. You will be responsible for attracting top-tier talent to join our driven team and ensuring the successful deployment of AI agents that fundamentally transform how housing operators run their businesses. You will move at rocket speed, building something massive with full autonomy, no micromanagement, and no fluff, within an intense and rewarding environment designed for the best hires.
