About the role
You will own the clinical and operational leadership of the CSP-HI program, guiding strategy and day-to-day execution to meet mission goals. You will supervise and develop Housing First Coordinators and Recovery Coaches, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed service delivery. You will champion an inclusive, anti-oppressive practice environment where dignity, equity, and belonging are central to team culture. You will act as a key liaison between community partners, health systems, and internal stakeholders to align services and resources. You will analyze data and feedback to refine program processes, improve outcomes, and support continuous quality improvement. You will model resilience, adaptability, and ethical decision-making in a complex and evolving service landscape. Your work will directly contribute to reducing homelessness and improving health equity across the communities served by Eliot.

What you'll do
Coordinate program growth and expansion of the CSP-HI services in collaboration with the Director of CSP-HI Services.
Deliver onboarding support and structured training to new hires regarding policies, procedures, and best practices.
Provide real-time guidance, consultation, and consistent weekly supervision to assigned Housing First Coordinators and Recovery Coaches.
Conduct comprehensive assessment and triage of incoming CSP-HI referrals to ensure appropriate service alignment.
Liaise with internal and external partners to clarify service needs, manage risk, and coordinate care.
Perform field-based side-by-side experiential learning with team members to strengthen skills and confidence.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community resources and systems to effectively identify and access supports.
Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives based on data review and frontline feedback.
Promote a culture of belonging by identifying and helping to remove barriers to inclusion and career advancement.
Uphold Eliot's mission through resilient, empathetic, and ethical leadership in all team interactions.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, funding requirements, and regulatory standards.
Document activities and outcomes to support reporting, accountability, and program evaluation.
Contribute to cross-team collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the Homelessness Services Division.
Serve as a reliable point of contact for partners and stakeholders regarding CSP-HI program activities.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, nursing, or another closely related field.
Possess at least two years of direct experience with underserved populations and at least one year of managerial experience.
Demonstrate proven ability to identify and access community resources to support client goals.
Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain reliable transportation for essential job travel.
Current clinical licensure is preferred and aligns with the clinical scope of the role.
Commitment to anti-oppressive practice, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive service delivery.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to have
Preferred background in behavioral health, homelessness services, or housing-focused case management.
Experience supervising staff in a human services setting.
Familiarity with MassHealth systems and health-related social needs frameworks.
Knowledge of recovery-oriented practices and Housing First principles.
Skills in data tracking, reporting, and the use of practice management tools.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Travel: Local travel may be required between community sites.
