What you'll do

• Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Procore, to track project progress and manage documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites as needed.

Nice to have

• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with LEED certification processes or sustainable building practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations specific to California construction projects.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role or leading a team is advantageous.
