What you'll do
- Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the Superintendent, providing solutions to keep the project on track.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Procore, to track project progress and manage documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites as needed.
Nice to have
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with LEED certification processes or sustainable building practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations specific to California construction projects.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role or leading a team is advantageous.
