About the role
In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the product strategy for Ebanx's payment solutions across the South Cone region of Latin America. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team of product managers as you drive commercial growth and ensure that our offerings meet the highest standards for global merchants. This position requires a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the payments landscape to effectively align our product initiatives with both company objectives and regional market demands.

What you'll do
- Develop a comprehensive multi-year product strategy for payment solutions that aligns with both global company objectives and the specific needs of local markets.
- Convert overarching business goals into a prioritized product roadmap, ensuring a balance between short-term commercial success and long-term platform enhancements.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, cultivating a culture centered around ownership, accountability, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including commercial, operations, and engineering, to create scalable and compliant payment solutions.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to product launch and continuous improvement.
- Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies for new payment features, including pricing models, positioning strategies, and performance metrics tracking.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and innovations.
- Ensure that all product initiatives comply with local regulations and industry standards, maintaining Ebanx's reputation for excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading product teams within the payments, fintech, or rapidly evolving technology sectors, demonstrating a tangible impact on business outcomes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the payments ecosystem in Argentina and/or Latin America, encompassing acquirers, issuers, payment networks, alternative payment methods, payment service providers, settlement processes, foreign exchange, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including a track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing product management talent.
- Solid business acumen, with the ability to connect product strategies to revenue generation, unit economics, and competitive positioning.
- Exceptional influencing skills, enabling you to gain alignment from senior stakeholders across various departments.
- Experience in working within diverse, global organizations, showcasing adaptability and cultural awareness.
- Hands-on experience managing the full product lifecycle, including discovery, roadmap development, delivery, market launch, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
