What you'll do
- Lead and manage the commercial team, providing direction and support to achieve sales targets and enhance team performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial management, sales, or business development, preferably within the fintech or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian fintech landscape and an understanding of regulatory requirements is a plus.
