What you'll do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on international payments, aligning with Duplo's overall objectives.
- Identify and engage potential partners, including banks, fintech companies, and payment processors, to create mutually beneficial relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the international payments sector, ensuring Duplo remains at the forefront of industry developments.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of our partners and clients in various markets.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms that align with Duplo's strategic goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the financial services or fintech industry, with a focus on international payments.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing partnerships that drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
