What you'll do
- Lead and supervise electrical installation teams on national projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction or a related field, with a focus on project management.
- Proven experience in supervising electrical installation teams, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively, with flexibility to work in various locations across the country.
