About the role
You architect and execute the go-to-market strategy for DualEntry's Advisory channel, owning the narrative and value proposition that makes our AI-native ERP the obvious choice for finance transformation. You translate complex product capabilities into compelling, partner-ready stories that resonate across Big 4, mid-market, and fractional CFO ecosystems. You own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-stakes alliance relationships, from initial sourcing and discovery through negotiation, contracting, and sustained activation. You act as the primary strategic advisor to our most critical accounting and finance partners, ensuring DualEntry becomes central to their conversations with enterprise customers. You build and scale a repeatable partner playbook that balances commercial rigor with partner success, driving sustainable, mutual growth. You leverage data and experimentation to continuously refine partner targeting, messaging, and incentives across all three advisory tiers. You represent DualEntry at industry forums, shaping the broader narrative around AI in finance and establishing the company as a thought leader.

What you'll do
Source and qualify net-new partner opportunities across Big 4, mid-market accounting firms, and fractional CFO practices to expand the Advisory channel footprint.
Host and co-lead exclusive events, roundtables, and joint workshops that deepen relationships and surface high-intent pipeline within the accounting ecosystem.
Elevate DualEntry's presence across key accounting industry forums including SaaStr Accountant, AICPA Engage, Scaling New Heights, and Accounting Cornerstone.
Activate and nurture a cohort of Founding Advisors, providing tailored enablement and support to turn early commitments into scalable reference models.
Design and manage tiered alliance mechanics including "Powered by DualEntry" advocacy programs, activation-based perks, and structured Big-4 tier agreements.
Create partner-facing demo environments, competitive comparison materials, and client-ready collateral that empower advisors to confidently recommend our platform.
Negotiate, draft, and finalize partner agreements, balancing structural fairness with commercial outcomes to secure sustainable, long-term relationships.
Analyze partner performance metrics, forecast channel-driven revenue, and iterate on program design to maximize impact and efficiency.
Champion DualEntry's value proposition during high-stakes ERP selection processes, positioning our AI-native stack against legacy incumbents.
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align partner feedback with roadmap priorities and messaging refinement.
Requirements
Bring 3 to 6 years of proven experience in channel, referral, or alliances roles focused on selling to or through accountants, CFOs, or advisory firms.
Demonstrate a track record of building and scaling alliance programs, with preferred experience within Big 4 environments or comparable advisory networks.
Show deep understanding of how finance teams and their trusted advisors evaluate, compare, and select ERP and accounting technology solutions.
Exhibit program-building instincts across incentives, tiering structures, and enablement tools such as demo environments and client-ready collateral.
Display strong relationship management capabilities to steward long-cycle, trust-based partnerships from initial sourcing through signed agreements.
Comfortably operate across distinct firm archetypes including Big 4, mid-market firms, and fractional CFO practices, adapting approach to unique economics and buyer motions.
Present with confidence and credibility in professional settings, representing DualEntry at industry conferences, webinars, and partner-facing engagements.
Employ a data-driven and experimental mindset, using insights to refine targeting, messaging, and program performance continuously.
Nice to have
Leverage an existing network among fractional CFOs, CAS and outsourced accounting firms, mid-market accounting practices, or Big 4 alliance teams to accelerate partner onboarding.
Draw on direct experience with accounting or fintech products and familiarity with formal ERP selection and procurement processes.
Have hands-on experience with partner program mechanics including referral tracking, tiering models, and rev share structures to hit the ground running.
Bring background at an early-stage company at Seed to Series B stage, demonstrating comfort with rapid iteration and ambiguity.

This role is full_time based in New York City at our headquarters located at 7 World Trade Center.
