You will steward the daily renewal and meticulous readiness of the guest environment within the Houseperson role at Sand Valley at Dreamgolf. This position owns the foundational cleanliness and organization of housekeeping pantries, ensuring all necessary supplies are inventoried and prepared for seamless service. You own the execution of room inspections, applying exacting standards to achieve a consistent and flawless presentation in every assigned area. You partner closely with the broader resort team to uphold the quiet, serene atmosphere that allows guests to immerse themselves in the Wisconsin wilderness away from daily demands. What you'll do
Coordinate inventory workflows for housekeeping supplies to eliminate operational friction and support team readiness.
Execute meticulous room inspections to verify compliance with cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.
Perform turndown services with care, transforming occupied spaces into tranquil retreats by evening.
Maintain detailed linen inventories and manage soiled textile circulation to ensure continuous availability.
Organize housekeeping pantries with logical systems, creating efficient workflows for restocking and retrieval.
Partner with culinary and events teams to support cross-departmental needs during peak service periods.
Implement preventative checks in guest areas to identify maintenance issues before they impact the experience.
Utilize digital tools and reporting systems to document completed tasks and communicate status updates.
Adapt daily task lists based on occupancy patterns, forecasted demand, and real-time resort priorities.
Champion sustainability initiatives by optimizing resource use and minimizing waste within assigned responsibilities.
Apply technical knowledge of cleaning agents and equipment to protect surfaces and preserve resort aesthetics.
Communicate professionally with guests and team members to address needs and uphold service expectations.
Monitor guest feedback channels to identify recurring themes and refine housekeeping practices accordingly.

Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age to comply with resort policies and local regulations regarding service roles.
Must possess a valid driver's license and provide proof of current automobile insurance for any vehicle use related to resort operations.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements at this time.
Must maintain a clean criminal background check and pass all pre-employment screening procedures as required by company policy.
