What you'll do
Coordinate cross-functional workflows and remove execution blockers to eliminate friction across teams. Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations. Partner with engineering to ensure implementations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with product goals over time. Own Jira and system workflows so tickets are clearly defined, prioritized, and progressing. Lead recurring forums, including weekly execution calls and cross-functional alignment sessions. Continuously improve business processes, data integrity, governance, and system scalability. Drive alignment across systems such as Salesforce, CLM, CPQ, billing tools, and marketing automation platforms. Lead key initiatives such as process redesign, new product launches, system enablement, and data model optimization.
Requirements
Serve as the primary orchestrator across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Marketing to manage system alignment. Identify cross-team dependencies and proactively remove blockers to execution. Translate business needs into technical requirements and Salesforce solutions that support evolving workflows. Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations. Contribute hands-on to solution design, configuration, and light development work as needed. Partner with engineering to ensure implementations are scalable and maintainable. Establish and maintain operating cadence across teams through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release prioritization. Own Jira and system workflows to ensure tickets are clearly defined, prioritized, and progressing. Lead recurring forums, including weekly execution calls and cross-functional alignment sessions. Act as the "voice of delivery" to ensure deadlines and commitments are met. Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting across Salesforce and BI tools to provide clear visibility. Continuously improve business processes, data integrity, governance, and system scalability. Drive alignment across systems including Salesforce, CLM, CPQ, billing tools, and marketing automation platforms. Lead key initiatives such as process redesign, new product launches, system enablement, and data model optimization. Ensure SOX compliance, audit readiness, and documentation integrity for systems and workflows.
Nice to have
Demonstrate 7-12 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Business Systems, or similar roles with strong Corporate IQ and a positive, high-energy attitude. Show very tech-forward thinking focused on automation, AI, and efficiency in complex environments. Possess deep Salesforce expertise, especially in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with hands-on configuration and basic development capabilities. Prove experience working with Sales and Customer Success teams alongside cross-functional partners in Finance, Product, and Marketing. Highlight strong experience using Jira or similar tools within Agile and Scrum environments. Prefer background in healthcare, pharma, advertising, media, travel, or airlines, with familiarity of CPQ, CLM, or billing systems. Value experience with marketing automation platforms and data or BI tools. Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Platform App Builder, or Developer are preferred.
Skills & tools
General expertise in Salesforce configuration, flows, objects, and automation supports day-to-day delivery. Light development using Apex and SOQL integrates into solution design when required. Collaboration with engineering ensures scalable, maintainable implementations aligned with product goals.
