The organization values curiosity, ownership, inclusion, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact. Individuals excited about solving complex problems that improve healthcare are encouraged to apply.
About the Role
Client Success Managers are dedicated to helping hospital clients achieve success and advising on best practices for defining, implementing, and realizing hospital marketing needs and goals. You will become an expert in the Doximity product suite and partner with internal teams to promote client retention. Success in this role requires strong communication skills. The healthcare industry is nothing new to you, and you are ready to join a rapidly growing Hospital Solutions team. You will embrace a fast-paced, tech-savvy, non-corporate environment. You manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Coworkers would describe you as detail-oriented, self-motivated, and the ultimate problem solver with a "can-do" personality.
Your responsibilities include owning hospital accounts and executing all aspects of hospital marketing campaigns on the platform. You will layout campaigns, create proofs, and update all platforms to reflect the latest marketing plan. You will partner with clients to understand their goals and measures of success across all physician marketing campaigns. Ownership of client reporting to showcase progress toward goals and campaign performance is a key duty. You will strategically partner with the Sales team for campaign execution through delivery to renewal.
Compensation
The anticipated total compensation for this role ranges from $90,667 to $137,520, depending on factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Our total compensation package may include base salary, equity (where applicable), and annual bonus or incentive compensation (where applicable). Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
Benefits
In addition to competitive compensation, Doximity offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. Some of the offerings include medical, dental, and vision insurance. You will have access to a 401(k) with company match, flexible paid time off, and company holidays. The package also provides paid parental leave, professional development and learning opportunities, wellness and mental health resources, and remote work support and a home office stipend (where applicable).
What You'll Do
You will orchestrate hospital account strategies from intake through rollout and renewal discussions with clients. This involves coordinating campaign layouts, proofs, and updates to align platforms with the latest marketing plans. You will translate client goals into measurable success metrics for physician marketing initiatives. Generating client reports that showcase campaign progress and performance against stated objectives is a core function. You will guide campaigns with the sales team from initial planning through delivery and renewal stages. Maintaining detailed records of hospital solutions engagements will support future outreach and retention efforts. You will apply healthcare and marketing agency experience to solve workflow challenges for clients. Adapting to a fast-paced, tech-savvy, non-corporate environment while managing multiple priorities across timezones is essential.
Requirements
Prior experience in healthcare or a marketing agency setting is required. You must work successfully independently and within a team while staying personally accountable for assigned tasks in a fast environment. Exceptional attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication, paired with strong time management, are mandatory. You must organize large information flows across multiple projects and timezones while remaining consistently responsive. You will approach problem-solving with creative, practical methods that help hospital clients achieve their goals.
Nice to Have
