What you'll do

• Serve as a resource for teachers in selecting appropriate digital tools and resources that support diverse learning styles and needs.

Requirements

• A valid teaching certification and a minimum of three years of experience in a K-12 educational setting.
• Proven experience in instructional coaching or a similar role, with a strong understanding of pedagogical best practices.
• Familiarity with various educational technology tools and platforms, including but not limited to Learning Management Systems (LMS), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with educators, students, and parents.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions regarding instructional practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive school culture.

Nice to have

• Experience with project-based learning and blended learning environments.
• Knowledge of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles and how to apply them in the classroom.
• Familiarity with coding and robotics education, as well as other emerging technologies in the classroom.

Skills & tools

• Proficiency in educational technology tools and platforms, including Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, and various assessment tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
