Requirements
- A valid teaching certification in the state of Oklahoma, with a focus on reading or literacy education.
- A minimum of two years of experience in teaching or intervention roles, preferably at the middle school level.
- Strong understanding of reading development theories and effective intervention strategies.
- Proficient in using assessment tools to evaluate student reading levels and progress.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create a supportive and motivating learning environment that fosters student growth and confidence.
- Familiarity with educational technology and software that supports reading instruction.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple student intervention plans and documentation.
