About the role
This position involves managing advertising strategy and growth for a portfolio of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) accounts. You will drive the adoption of advertising and promotional products while collaborating across internal teams to shape the future of the company's ad business. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end advertising discussions with key CPG advertisers spanning categories such as beverages, household goods, personal care, snacks, pantry, pets, and alcohol. You are responsible for managing a sales pipeline and creating quarterly and annual plans to meet or exceed revenue goals set by the organization. The role requires you to influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy by representing advertiser feedback directly to internal stakeholders. You will develop pitch materials and scalable sales processes designed to support long-term growth. Additionally, you will partner with account management, marketing, analytics, and product teams to innovate advertising solutions that meet complex business needs. This position is critical to expanding the company's ad business through strategic enterprise relationships.

What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end advertising discussions with CPG advertisers across categories like beverages, household goods, personal care, snacks, pantry, pets, and alcohol.
- Manage a sales pipeline and create quarterly and annual plans to meet revenue goals.
- Influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy by representing advertiser feedback.

- Utilize advanced digital ad measurement techniques to evaluate campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Translate complex data sets into clear insights that guide advertiser strategy and investment.
- Apply analytical skills to attribution and funnel metrics to optimize media spending and campaign outcomes.
- Communicate recommendations based on data and insights aligned with overarching business objectives.
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills while engaging with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Manage short-term and mid-term sales goals simultaneously without losing focus on long-term strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within enterprise accounts.
- Identify new opportunities for growth within existing client portfolios.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of competitive offerings in the digital advertising space.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of experience in digital media sales or marketing.
- Background in CPG advertising, ideally within the e-commerce sector.
- Proficiency in digital ad measurement, including attribution and funnel metrics.
- Ability to use data and insights to provide recommendations aligned with business objectives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience working across multiple organizational levels.
- Capability to manage short-term and mid-term sales goals simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of sales metrics and the ability to interpret performance data.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving market conditions and customer needs.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to travel domestically for client meetings and industry events as required.
