About the role
You will own the end to end sourcing and transformation roadmap for the Global Sourcing PMO operating across all GTM functions at DoorDash. You will partner with stakeholders to define future state operating models and design scalable sourcing solutions that drive efficiency and consistency. You will act as the central point of ownership for all sourcing initiatives ensuring alignment with business strategy and execution excellence. You will lead the development of playbooks, standards, and tooling to enable repeatable and scalable sourcing outcomes. You will influence cross functional leaders to adopt new ways of working and embed sourcing best practices into the fabric of the organization. You will own the measurement and reporting of program performance highlighting impact and opportunities for continuous improvement. You will mentor and elevate sourcing professionals to strengthen capability and maturity across the enterprise.

What you'll do
Define and own the end to end sourcing strategy and roadmap for the Global Sourcing PMO across DoorDash GTM organizations.
