What you'll do
- Set up measurement frameworks in partnership with digital product and CRM teams to clarify goals and define success metrics for experiments.

- Familiarize yourself with dbt and GitHub as part of the role to support efficient data workflows and version control.
Requirements
- Bring 8+ years of analytics experience with a proven history of delivering data-driven results.
- Include at least 1 year of experience managing or mentoring analysts to develop team capabilities.
- Write efficient, readable SQL for Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery to ensure optimal query performance.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of data-driven recommendations that create measurable business impact.
- Build proficiency in Tableau to create self-serve dashboards and executive-ready visual stories.
- Support large-scale A/B testing and experimentation with a focus on rigorous methodology.
- Explain complex data simply to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic alignment.
- Maintain a collaborative mindset with curiosity and strong business sense to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Show strong attention to detail for reports and presentations to deliver executive-ready materials.
