What you'll do
Daily HR operations are handled to support new hires and departing employees, covering onboarding and offboarding tasks.
Employee records in ADP Workforce Now are kept precise through regular updates and audits for hires, changes, and exits.
Digital employee files are organized and managed to meet recordkeeping rules and standards.
Timely responses are provided for employment verification requests from internal and external parties.
Compliance training completion is monitored, and follow-up occurs with staff and managers to satisfy organizational requirements.
Inquiries are triaged and resolved through the People Team shared inbox to ensure prompt communication.
HR Standard Operating Procedures are maintained, and general administrative assistance is delivered for projects and strategic initiatives.
Benefit carrier systems are updated and reconciled to ensure data accuracy during enrollment periods.
Health insurance invoices are checked carefully, and monthly payments are coordinated with the Accounting Team.
Annual open enrollment activities are supported, and COBRA administration is handled as needed.
Benefits-related regulatory notices and reports are processed to meet legal obligations.
Requirements
The posting states a pay range of $24 to $28.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent HR certification (PHR, aPHR, SHRM-CP) is required.
At least 2 years of experience in HR or People Operations is required.
Hands-on benefits administration experience over 1 2 years is required.
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required, with experience on other HRIS platforms viewed as an advantage.
Comfort using AI tools and emerging technology to streamline work and improve efficiency is required.
Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) proficiency is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is required.
Self-starter who takes initiative and adapts well in a fast-paced environment is required.
Practical notes
