What you'll do
- Orchestrate the complete commercial journey for hospital clients, guiding them from initial discovery through successful implementation and expansion.
- Architect and execute strategic account plans for key hospital stakeholders to secure long-term platform adoption and value realization.

- Synthesize insights from ongoing client interactions to inform product enhancements and operational improvements across the organization.

- Act as the primary liaison between our technical teams and hospital clients, ensuring all contractual and operational requirements are meticulously met.
- Evaluate market trends and competitive dynamics to identify white spaces and defend our position within the hospital sector.
- Champion the adoption of new platform features, ensuring clients derive maximum efficiency and return on their investment.
- Build a robust network of internal and external partners to support the complex sales cycles characteristic of the healthcare industry.
- Translate intricate regulatory and operational frameworks into clear value propositions for hospital administrators.
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing client portfolios, driving revenue growth through account penetration.

- Represent Doctolib at industry events and conferences, strengthening the brand presence among hospital decision-makers.
Requirements
- Possess 2-3 years of cumulative experience in B2B sales, with a demonstrated history of managing key accounts at the C-level.
- Bring a background in software sales or the sale of complex services within a digital or SaaS environment.
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset characterized by a high level of personal initiative and ownership of outcomes.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze intricate operational processes and translate them into actionable, client-focused solutions.
- Hold fluency in German at a C1 level and maintain professional proficiency in English for all business communications.
- Show a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
- Display strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
