What you'll do

Requirements

• Proven experience managing engineering teams of at least five developers in a technology company setting
• Strong background in software engineering with the ability to contribute meaningfully to technical discussions
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in the healthcare or technology sector is highly valued for this role
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and modern software delivery practices is expected of candidates
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or a related technical field is required
• Fluency in French and English, as the Paris office operates in both languages on a daily basis
