About the role
Doctolib is seeking a technical leader to manage and evolve our HRIS ecosystem across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution while mentoring a team of three project managers to deliver high-quality HR technology solutions. In this capacity, you will own the technical roadmap for Workday implementations, ensuring alignment with regional HR strategies and operational excellence. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions while maintaining strict adherence to platform best practices. You will lead the design and validation of integrations, security models, and data structures to support seamless business operations. Additionally, you will play a key role in defining governance frameworks that ensure system integrity, performance, and compliance across multiple countries. You will also act as a trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating workshops and decision-making sessions. Through your mentorship, you will elevate the capabilities of your team, fostering a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do
Define and oversee the technical execution of Workday implementations across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands in alignment with strategic HR initiatives.
Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of Workday HCM, Talent, Compensation, and Learning modules to meet complex business requirements.
Design and implement secure and scalable integrations between Workday and third-party platforms such as ATS, document management, and benefits systems.
Champion data governance frameworks to ensure integrity, consistency, and compliance across all regional Workday environments.
Mentor a team of three project managers, providing guidance on best practices, technical decision-making, and delivery excellence.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
Own the architecture of Workday Extend solutions to support advanced use cases and future scalability.
Ensure that security models, role structures, and permissions are rigorously defined and maintained across all countries of operation.
Drive the delivery of high-quality HR technology solutions through iterative delivery, continuous testing, and stakeholder validation.
Promote a user-first mindset by facilitating workshops, gathering feedback, and refining solutions based on real-world needs.
Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies to keep implementations on schedule and within scope.
Contribute to the development of internal tools, playbooks, and knowledge bases to improve team efficiency and solution quality.
Act as the primary technical contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Support the evaluation and selection of new HR technology components, assessing compatibility with the existing ecosystem.
Requirements
Demonstrate 8+ years of experience in Workday implementation and support, with a strong track record of successful deployments.
Bring a proven history as a Solution Architect managing full-cycle system implementations from discovery to post-go-live support.
Show deep technical proficiency in Workday security, integrations, reporting, and core business processes across HCM and Talent modules.
Have direct experience integrating Workday with ATS, learning, benefits, and document management platforms using API and middleware tools.
Exhibit a demonstrated ability to coach and mentor technical staff or project managers, fostering professional growth and accountability.
Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Practical notes
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Levallois, Paris, France.
The role involves limited travel across European countries to support implementation and stakeholder meetings as needed.
