About the role
In this pivotal role, you will concentrate on the Medics segment, where your primary objective will be to enhance growth and user engagement for our solutions tailored to healthcare professionals. You will play a crucial role in defining product positioning, spearheading impactful launches, and uncovering new market opportunities. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with various teams including Product, Brand, Content, Growth, Sales, Data, and Public Affairs to drive success.

What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive user research and market analysis to pinpoint challenges faced by healthcare professionals and anticipate their future requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product roadmaps and overall business strategies.
- Formulate and implement effective product positioning and messaging strategies that resonate across all marketing channels.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional product launches, ensuring the establishment of operational best practices.
- Develop strategies aimed at boosting product adoption and usage, while continuously tracking key performance indicators.
- Provide mentorship to internal teams, promoting operational excellence in product go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to market entry.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights that will refine product offerings and enhance user experience.
- Create compelling narratives and presentations to communicate product value to both internal and external audiences.

Requirements
- A minimum of 8 to 9 years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within a B2B or technology-focused environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, strategic projects that require cross-functional collaboration.
- Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and crafting compelling narratives.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret intricate data sets to guide strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for negotiation and persuasion.
- Natural leadership qualities, enabling you to influence and unify diverse teams towards common goals.
- Proficiency in both French and English is essential for effective communication.
