What you'll do
- Establish the product roadmap and strategic direction for telehealth features within the Remote Care stream, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Manage both synchronous and asynchronous consultation tools, optimizing the flow of communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Partner with engineering leads to make high-level architectural decisions that balance scalability, performance, and user needs.
- Coordinate with design, clinical, and go-to-market teams to build solutions that address the needs of diverse user personas across multiple markets.
- Perform user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize features based on quantitative and qualitative data.
- Mentor other product managers and contribute to the development of the broader product team through knowledge sharing and guidance.
- Define and own key performance indicators, using data to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement of the product experience.
- Navigate complex regulatory landscapes to ensure that product features comply with healthcare standards across European jurisdictions.
- Translate technical constraints and possibilities into clear requirements that enable efficient development and high-quality delivery.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and decision-making sessions to align stakeholders on priorities and trade-offs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including healthcare institutions, providers, and technology vendors.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience working with developers, designers, and leadership in fast-paced environments.
- Proven history of launching and iterating on products within large-scale B2B or SaaS environments, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Analytical approach to solving complex problems, including the ability to break down ambiguous challenges into structured hypotheses and tests.
- Demonstrated ability to balance high-level vision with operational execution, managing multiple priorities without losing sight of strategic goals.
- Fluency in English is required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Europe.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and present complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments, understanding the implications of compliance, data privacy, and healthcare-specific regulations.
