About the role
This position places you at the center of Dilitrust's aggressive expansion into the Middle East and Arabic-speaking markets as a Business Development Representative based in Dubai. You will own the end-to-end generation of high-quality sales opportunities that directly fuel the company's hypergrowth trajectory. Your daily work will involve building and managing BDR × AE tandems where cohesion and solidarity are non-negotiable for success. You will conduct phone prospecting campaigns and multi-channel outreach to create a robust pipeline of qualified meetings. Ultimately, you will act as the critical filter and connector, ensuring seamless handovers to Account Executives so they can focus on closing complex deals.

What you'll do
Drive phone prospecting campaigns to secure a maximum number of qualified meetings in a results-driven environment featuring war rooms, challenges, and attractive incentives.
Complement voice outreach with multi-channel campaigns using email and LinkedIn to optimize the lead generation process and build a sustainable pipeline.
Conduct qualification meetings to deeply assess prospects' needs and ensure a seamless handover to Account Executives for efficient deal progression.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles for opportunities within the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments when required to step in and own the deal.
Build meaningful relationships with prospects through genuine curiosity, empathy, and strong listening skills to uncover latent needs.
Align closely with Account Executives on prospecting strategies to construct high-performing BDR × AE tandems that prioritize cohesion and solidarity.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of prospecting strategies, scripts, and outreach sequences to adapt to market feedback and evolving buyer behavior.
Leverage CRM tools and sales engagement platforms to maintain accurate pipeline data and provide reliable forecasting input.
Act as the first point of contact to create a positive initial impression of Dilitrust's brand and demonstrate the value of its integrated legal and governance suite.
Utilize your commercial acumen to identify buying signals and guide prospects through the early stages of the complex sales cycle.
Adapt your communication style to resonate with senior decision-makers such as CLOs, General Counsels, and CFOs across diverse industries.
Demonstrate resilience and self-motivation to consistently meet targets in a fast-paced, high-growth, and entrepreneurial work environment.
Requirements
You are a native Arabic speaker and must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, as both are strictly required for this role.
You must possess 1 year of prior experience as a BDR within a SaaS software environment to understand the nuances of subscription-based sales.
First-time experience in sales, prospecting, or customer relations is a plus, and strong junior profiles are actively welcomed into the company.
You should hold 3 to 5 years of higher education in business, marketing, management, or communications to provide a solid foundation for commercial activities.
You must demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a genuine interest in Legal Tech and SaaS solutions to authentically represent the brand.
You must be proficient with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales engagement platforms like Outreach, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
You must possess the ability to quickly build rapport and connect with senior decision-makers, including CLOs, General Counsels, and CFOs.
You must show resilience, self-motivation, and a hands-on mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that demands consistent performance.
You must be a team-oriented individual with a collaborative spirit, thriving within the BDR × AE tandem model that defines Dilitrust's sales methodology.
You must exhibit curiosity and adaptability, showing eagerness to learn about LegalTech and evolve your role over time as the product and market mature.
You must be willing to travel regionally to support key customers and participate in strategic meetings as required by the business.

Nice to have
Only candidates who are native Arabic speakers with fluent English skills will be considered for this role.
Experience with complex B2B sales cycles, particularly in the Legal or Governance sectors, is a preferred qualification.
Familiarity with AI-assisted contract lifecycle management concepts will provide an advantage in understanding the product suite.
Knowledge of the specific regulatory and compliance landscapes in the Middle East can help you better serve the client base.
