Key facts

What you'll do

• Host live gaming sessions in Serbian, creating an engaging and entertaining atmosphere for players.
• Interact with players through chat and voice, responding to questions and comments to enhance their gaming experience.
• Present various casino games, ensuring that all rules and procedures are followed accurately.
• Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm during gaming sessions to keep players engaged.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operation of live broadcasts and address any technical issues that may arise.
• Monitor player feedback and adapt your presentation style to meet the needs and preferences of the audience.
• Promote new games and features to players, encouraging participation and enhancing their gaming experience.
• Participate in training sessions to improve your skills and stay updated on new games and technologies.

• Assist in the development of promotional content and marketing materials to attract new players.

Requirements

• Fluency in Serbian, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication with players.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or hospitality.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and entertain a live audience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected situations with professionalism.
• Basic understanding of casino games and gaming regulations is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and gaming software; familiarity with live streaming technology is advantageous.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet player needs.

• Experience as a game presenter or in a similar role within the gaming industry.
